At plus performance & rehab (according to the new ACTA performance & rehab), we decided to help you take the first step towards exercise!
That’s why we offer free training and consultation in the month of March. You can also take part in any of the group exercises for free during the month of March.

The free training is intended for:

• Individuals with injuries and pain
• Anyone who wants to do something for their health
• Athletes who want to improve their results
• To everyone who is interested in our way of working

Our new service was developed with the desire to help each individual to develop their potential in movement and gain quality movement. We offer post-rehabilitation, fitness and preventive training for athletes and training for recreational players.

SCHEDULE OF ALL EXERCISES

1. PLUS PREMIUM PERSONAL TRAINING

It is a form of training that is carried out 1 on 1. After the introductory meeting, an individualized training plan is prepared, which is aimed at achieving your goals. During training, we focus only on you.

Why choose plus premium personal training: Flexibility regarding the training schedule; faster progress; specifics that require individual treatment; you prefer to work alone than in a group, the trainer focuses only on you during training.

PRICE LIST

  • Initial training: €50 (first examination – medical history, tests, goal setting, training plan)

Monthly packages:

  • 3x per week: €420 (12 trainings per month) (€35/h)
  • 2x per week: €320 (8 training sessions per month) (€40/h)

Lease of individual exercise:

  • Training: €50
  • Package of 10 exercises: €420

2. PLUS SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING – EXERCISE IN A SMALL GROUP (up to 4 people)

It is a form of exercise in a small group where individuals have similar needs and desires. Each person has their own training plan aimed at achieving their goals.

Why choose plus semi-personal coaching: Program adapted to your wishes and needs; smaller financial investment than personal coaching; you like working in a group; you want faster progress than in group training.

Monthly packages:

  • 3x per week: €265 (12 training sessions per month)
  • 2x per week: €215 (8 training sessions per month)

3. PLUS GROUP EXERCISES

  1. Therapeutic exercise: Exercise is intended primarily for those who would like to improve their posture and have a pain-free everyday life. Low intensity exercise.
  2. Kinesiology training: In addition to strength training, the purpose of training is to improve general fitness. Moderate intensity exercise.
  3. Functional training: In addition to strength training, the purpose of training is to improve general fitness. The workout offers two intensity levels: Level 1 and Level 2.
  4. Fitness and preventive training for climbers: The training is intended for climbers who would like to add a finishing touch to their climbing. It is aimed at the development of mobility, stability, coordination and prevention of the most common injuries in sport climbing.

4. PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

Training without accessing is guesswork, so measurements are an important part of training.
With assessment you get an objective insight into your current climbing skills and find out
where you have the most room for improvement. Tests and measurements are intended for all
of you who want to take a step forward in your climbing.

Why we should assess sport performance: With the measurements we get objective
feedback about the current physical fitness of the individual. The measurements show us
where we have the most room for improvement and are therefore a guide in training. With
measurements before and after a certain period of training, we get feedback on how successful
we were. Through testing, we determine, among other things, possible asymmetries between
the left and right sides of the body and deviations from reference values. With this, we
identify risk factors for the occurrence of injuries.

MEASUREMENT COURSE

  • Conversation and anamnesis
  • Execution of test protocols (strength and explosiveness)
  • Analysis and interpretation of results as well as instructions and recommendations for
    training.

WORKING METHODS AND EQUIPMENT

We use the most modern methods and equipment used in sports science today.

  1. Maximum strength of finger flexors (chronojump.force-sensor – for measurements of
    maximum strength of finger flexors with different protocols).
  2. The rate of force development (RFD) of the finger flexors (chronojump.force-sensor-
    for measurements of the maximum strength of the finger flexors (with different
    protocols and force-velocity profiling).

*All testing packages include measurements of maximal strength and rate of force increment.

Testing for maximum strength and rate of force increment:

  • €100

1+1 package (bring a friend with you and save €50 together):

  • €150 (€75/per person)

Premium package (purchase of 2 tests) – usually testing is done at the beginning, during or
after the end of a certain training period / season:

  • €170

*the second test must be used within 8 months of the first test

Personal training plan for 1 month:

  • Plan 2x per week: €100/month
  • Plan 3x per week: €120/month

COACH AND SERVICE MANAGER:

AHAC ISTENIČ has a master’s degree in kinesiology. In addition to his studies, he gathered his knowledge at seminars, workshops and in practice. He gained experience as a kinesiologist and trainer at the Corpus kinesiology center in Postojna and at the Koper Climbing Center. The areas that he is focused on are strength and conditioning training for athletes and post-rehabilitation. In addition, his work is driven by the desire to help people fall in love with movement and thereby enable them to feel good about their bodies.
